Which of the following herbs can be used to treat syphillis, characterized by damp sores and joint pain? It can also resolve mercury toxin (which was used in the past to treat syphillis).
Similar properties to Fu Ling, Tu Fu Ling is also sweet, bland, and neutral in temperature. Both herbs are good for dampness. Other than that, the two herbs are nothing alike (but maybe the similar names can help you remember the part about dampness).
