Your patient complains of pain in the lateral costal region and is unable to catch his breath. You also notice that he sighs frequently. What point could you needle to treat his fullness below the heart?

GB-41, the Shu-Stream point
GB-44, the Jing-Well point
GB-37, the Luo-Connecting point
GB-43, the Ying-Spring point

Jing-Well points are indicated for "fullness below the Heart." In application, these points are used for fullness and stagnation throughout the chest area, usually due to Liver qi stagnation.
